Hospitality Sales Manager (Women) – Hotel & Resort Group Galaxy Resource Pvt. Ltd. (GRPL India), a recruitment and staffing consultancy, is hiring an experienced woman Sales Manager for a growing hotel and resort group headquartered in Lucknow. Job Highlights Role: Sales Manager (Female) – Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + performance incentives Experience: 1–6 years in sales in any industry (hospitality preferred) Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (local client visits; occasional UP travel) Job Type: Full-time, permanent Key Responsibilities Generate room, banquet, wedding, MICE and corporate-stay business for hotels and resorts. Build relationships with corporates, travel agents, event planners and wedding planners. Conduct property site inspections and client presentations; prepare proposals and negotiate rates. Achieve monthly revenue and occupancy targets; maintain pipeline and CRM reports. Coordinate with front office, F&B and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution. Track competitor pricing and market trends; support promotions and online channel sales. Requirements Female candidates, graduate in any stream (Hotel Management / MBA preferred). 1–6 years of field or B2B sales experience in any industry. Excellent communication in Hindi and English, polished grooming and presentation. Confident negotiator, target-driven, comfortable with MS Office / CRM tools.
