Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and databases
- Calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients
- Maintaining candidate data and MIS reports
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities

- MBA Fresher with interest in HR & Recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
