Your Daily WorkSet and track daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the outlet and each team member.Personally assist key customers and step in to close high-value or tricky sales.Keep visual merchandising, displays and the trial-room area to brand standards.Monitor stock levels, fast/slow movers and coordinate replenishment with the Garments Division office.Supervise billing, cash handling, exchanges and returns; reconcile daily sales.Train new staff on product knowledge, customer service and selling skills.
