What the Job Involves Personally assist key customers and step in to close high-value or tricky sales. Keep visual merchandising, displays and the trial-room area to brand standards. Monitor stock levels, fast/slow movers and coordinate replenishment with the Garments Division office. Supervise billing, cash handling, exchanges and returns; reconcile daily sales. Train new staff on product knowledge, customer service and selling skills. Handle customer complaints and escalations calmly and fairly. Who Can Apply Target-driven, organised and well groomed Basic knowledge of billing, stock and sales reports Good communication and people-management skills 1+ years of experience in a garments / apparel store (team-lead or senior sales experience preferred) Graduate Note: The client currently prefers male candidates for this store-manager role.
