What the Job Involves Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for the outlet. Keep racks, shelves and displays clean, folded and well arranged. Support billing, packing, exchanges and returns as per store policy. Inform customers about new arrivals, offers and seasonal collections. Help with stock receiving, tagging and periodic stock counts. Build repeat customers through polite, helpful service. Who Can Apply Able to work store hours, including weekends as rostered Presentable, customer-friendly and comfortable standing on the shop floor Good communication in Hindi; basic English 1+ years in retail or counter sales (garments preferred) Graduate Note: The client currently prefers male candidates for this retail outlet role.
