What the Job Involves Enter orders, invoices and follow-ups in the sales system or Excel and keep the records accurate. Follow up on pending payments, stock requirements and replacement requests with franchise owners. Share daily sales and call reports (MIS) with the sales manager. Handle franchise queries and complaints politely and escalate issues that need management attention. Inform the franchise network about new launches, price changes and trade offers. Support the field sales team with data, order status and documentation.
