Key Duties
- Collect assigned parcels from the hub or dark store at shift start and verify the count against the app/manifest.
- Plan the route to finish deliveries within time slots.
- Hand over parcels, collect OTP or proof of delivery and, where applicable, cash-on-delivery amounts.
- Handle returns and reverse pickups politely and update status in the app.
- Deposit COD cash / settle with the hub before shift end.
Who Can Apply
- 10+2 (Class 12) pass from a recognised board.
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter) in running condition.
- Valid driving licence for a two-wheeler with gear / without gear as applicable.
- Aadhaar card and a savings bank account in your own name for salary/incentive payouts.
- Android smartphone with internet to run the delivery app.
- Basic knowledge of Marathi or Hindi and local roads helps.
Paperwork Needed
Keep originals and photocopies of your Aadhaar card, two-wheeler driving licence, vehicle RC, insurance and PUC, 10+2 marksheet, bank passbook or cancelled cheque, and two passport-size photos. You can check your licence status on Sarathi Parivahan (driving licence services), update Aadhaar details via UIDAI – Aadhaar, and store documents digitally in DigiLocker (keep DL and Aadhaar digitally).
Earnings Structure
Pune stations commonly reward riders for weekly delivery targets and low return-to-origin rates. Fixed pay plus incentives can take total monthly earnings up to ₹25,000, with additional incentives as per performance. Exact components (fixed, per-delivery, fuel or attendance incentives) depend on the delivery station and are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
