We are hiring 10+2-pass delivery riders with their own two-wheeler and licence, with earnings up to ₹25,000 per month plus incentives.
Galaxy Resource Pvt. Ltd. (GRPL India) is running this bulk, PAN-India hiring drive for delivery roles in the e-commerce and last-mile logistics sector. Screening and joining coordination are handled by our recruitment units Bharti HR and Optistaff Solutions Private Limited. Candidates never pay any fee.

What Your Day Looks Like
- Scan and load shipments at the delivery station.
- Deliver to homes, offices and societies across the assigned pin codes.
- Call customers before arrival when the address is unclear.
- Record every delivery, failed attempt or return correctly in the delivery app.
- Follow road-safety rules and wear a helmet on every trip.
Eligibility Checklist
- 10+2 (Class 12) pass from a recognised board.
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter) in running condition.
- Valid driving licence for a two-wheeler with gear / without gear as applicable.
- Aadhaar card and a savings bank account in your own name for salary/incentive payouts.
- Android smartphone with internet to run the delivery app.
- Basic knowledge of Punjabi or Hindi and local roads helps.
Documents to Keep Ready
Keep originals and photocopies of your Aadhaar card, two-wheeler driving licence, vehicle RC, insurance and PUC, 10+2 marksheet, bank passbook or cancelled cheque, and two passport-size photos. You can check your licence status on Sarathi Parivahan (driving licence services), update Aadhaar details via UIDAI – Aadhaar, and store documents digitally in DigiLocker (keep DL and Aadhaar digitally).
Salary & Incentives
Tricity riders who cover the growing Zirakpur–Kharar belts may find higher-volume routes and incentive opportunities. Fixed pay plus incentives can take total monthly earnings up to ₹25,000, with additional incentives as per performance. Exact components (fixed, per-delivery, fuel or attendance incentives) depend on the delivery station and are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
Delivering in Chandigarh Tricity: Local Tips
Chandigarh follows strict traffic enforcement – helmet, documents and lane discipline are a must. Sector-based addressing makes deliveries quicker than in older cities.
- Always carry RC, insurance, PUC and licence – checks are common.
- Winter mornings are cold and foggy – dress warmly.
- Punjabi or Hindi both work with customers.
- Mohali/Zirakpur stations suit riders living outside the city.
