Apparel Store Manager – Fashion Retail, Lucknow | INR 25K–35K (2–5 Yrs) A fashion and apparel retail brand in Lucknow is looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can grow sales, lead the floor team and keep the store looking sharp every single day. Control store costs and contribute to store profitability. Hire, train, schedule and coach the store team; handle performance reviews. Execute visual merchandising guidelines so displays stay fresh, organised and on-trend. Manage stock levels, stock rotation and periodic inventory audits; keep shrinkage low. Deliver a welcoming customer experience and resolve complaints quickly. Own opening/closing routines, cash handling and safety and security procedures. Who Should Apply 2–5 years of retail store management experience, ideally in apparel or fashion. Track record of hitting sales numbers and store KPIs. Confident people leader with clear communication. Comfortable with POS billing and inventory software. Good eye for visual merchandising and styling.
