- The ultimate objective is to support Management, Research Labs, and Manufacturing Partners in strategic research, clinical
- translation, and review of national & international technology markets and upgrades. Also operational planning (KPIs) and execution in
- the company’s intended direction.
- The resource should take a lead in driving R&D efforts, QMS, Production Planning, Certifications, Grants, and Technical Training
- within the organization. The candidate should be able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently and drive initiatives
- in a cross-functional environment. There is a need for strong technical acumen combined with good people and communication
- skills for this role. The candidate should be quality-centric and result-oriented.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Coordinating development, product release, as well as ongoing production efforts with R&D Partners, Manufacturing
- Partners, Operations, and Suppliers to ensure product readiness and delivery as per specified GANTT timelines
- Assist in establishing operational SKD set-ups in India & Internationally to set up assembly units
- Apply for different Grants & Subsidies that are applicable for the business, R&D, and Production and make the required
- presentations on behalf of the company. (This would be incentivized on success)
- Setup and manage Quality System Requirements and other Certifications and support Surveillance, Recertification Audits,
- and other Compliance requirements
- Take feedback, internal and external, based on demonstration and user based and thereby evolve all products
- To be the SPOC and SME, along with the CMD, for all company R&D Projects
- Use comprehensive knowledge of product development life cycle, risk assessment, and validation protocols to minimize go-to-market time while maintaining quality
- Develop test methods, formulate quality testing procedures, and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) via documentation, manual, and procedures.
- Use quality tools like Process Mapping, RCA, FMEA, etc to setup corrective and preventive actions to optimize the process
- output and delivery timelines while minimizing defects
- Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders in business units and other research centers to align strategically
- directions
- To establish & evolve operational processes and procedures to provide excellent and strong operational support to research
- labs
- Provide technical support to the internal Sales/Service/Operations/BD teams and drive product training within the
- FIRST SIX MONTHS EXPECTATIONS:-
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product lines and applications for the entire product portfolio of Forsta MedTech Pvt. Ltd.
- Research & document significant competition data and adapt, if necessary, to our existing Product line.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Research Partners, Manufacturing Partners, and Suppliers
- Develop product feedback with internal departments involved in Product sales & service, and evolve the Product as per inputs
