Job Profile : Pharma Division
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
5. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
6. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.
7. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Key Skills :
1. Proven work experience as a National/Zonal Sales Manager.
2. Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
3. Knowledge of software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
5. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
8. Availability to travel as needed.
