Hr Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and source qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to source potential candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
