Email follow-up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave Management HR Executive.
Primary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees and employment agencies, managing day-to-day HR Activities, including the filing of monthly, annual, and other ESI and PF returns, conducting periodic training, maintaining attendance, and other HR records.
(Bonus, Gratuity). Personnel and AdministrationEngagement of Contract Labors in the organization and registering with the Inspector of Factories.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down into Objectives, Tasks, Roles, and Responsibilities for every single employee.
Payroll Management and Statutory Compliances knowledge of Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Training & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Generalist role Handling End End Recruitment.
