Needs to conduct Daily Stand-up Sessions with the Operations Teams and Maintain KRAs
They need to have a very solid background and experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management and

manage day-to-day business activities, that includes General, Administration, Business, and Operations

Detail Oriented and Antsy about specifics.
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills, and should have Very High Clarity for Presentation of

Results and Work.

Excellent Analytical Skills and quick Problem-Solving Ability.
Very good at Team Leading and Great Inter-personal Skills
Has ability to articulate documents and requirement quickly from open speech/communications with the

team.

Be able to type fast for documentation/notes/emails to their teams
Must be a leader, Should NOT work in a silo, loves to work in teams and take leadership
Ability to make decisions fast and is MOSTLY ALWAYS RIGHT.
visit above-mentioned sites and take care & help field drivers in the installation of the application
Guide field drivers on how to work on the Company application
Need to check all riders are working, capturing the data, and following the company SOP
Need to call all riders if they are facing any issues in the application & resolve their issues
Daily check of videos received from the riders
need to check field driver getting their checkout on time.
I need to check if any referral has been added.
