*To execute the Client acquisition and Client engagement drives for achieving budgeted targets

3) Job Purpose of Direct Reports
a) Dealers: To punch equity deals for clients as per their requirements, to disseminate research recommendations to clients and ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met.
b) Relationship Managers: To increase the business & profitability by marketing / selling targeted financial products and services to the customers, creating new clients by effective networking and promoting product propositions & retaining clients by strong customer relationship management
c) Back Office Executives: To foster enhancement of brand value & customer satisfaction by effective client servicing & relationship management
Desired Candidate Profile
# Currently must be managing a team in any leading stock broking co.
# Handling a team of Retail Sales/PCG/HNI.
# High level of knowledge in stock market.
# Excellent personality and a team management skill.
